User-Generated Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all data, media, or content you upload to the Services, including but not limited to images, videos, statistics, and performance analytics.
License to Spolyn
By submitting or uploading content, you grant Spolyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display such content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Prohibited Content

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) to Spolyn during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
