1. Terms of Refunds

1.1 Digital Services / Subscriptions

 No refunds are provided for subscription cancellations or completed online training sessions. 

1.2 Physical Products (Smart Machines / Equipment)

a. Users may request a refund for defective products within 10 days of delivery. 
b. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies for users unsatisfied with a newly purchased product (excluding defective items). - No questions asked in case of SEST10M.

1.3 Partial Refunds

No partial refunds are available for subscriptions, digital services, or used products/services.

1.4 Refund Costs

For refunds under the 30-day money-back guarantee, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by Spolyn.

1.5 Non-Refundable Items

Certain products and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
 - Custom or personalized orders.- Services or sessions left in between.
 - Downloadable or digital training materials. 
 - Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer.

1.6 Refund Denial

Spolyn reserves the right to reject refund requests if:
 - The request is submitted after the applicable time period.
 - The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. 
 - Proof of purchase or valid evidence is not provided.

2. Time Periods for Refunds

Refund processing time: 7-14 business days after verification by Spolyn.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Submit a Refund Request

To ensure smooth and timely processing of refunds, please follow these steps: 

a. Email info@spolyn.in with the subject line: "Refund Request" 

b. Include: 

 -Your order ID, transaction reference, or session details 

 - Clearly state the reason for refund (defective product, dissatisfaction, etc.)

3.2 Return Instructions (For Physical Products)

a. Products must be securely packed in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
b. Returns should only be shipped after receiving confirmation from Spolyns support team.
c. A return label or address will be shared once your refund request is verified.

4. Verification by Spolyn

a. Our team will review the request and verify the claim within 7 business days. 

b. We may contact you for additional information if required.

5. Approval and Refund Processing

a. Once verified, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer. 

b. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

c. In some cases, store credit or product replacement of equal value may be offered as an alternative, subject to customer consent.

6. Refund Notification

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved and processed.

7. Force Majeure

Refunds may not apply in situations beyond Spolyns control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions that prevent timely delivery or return.

8. Policy Amendment

Spolyn Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
